Working shift:  Rotational shift -  (Compulsory work on Public Holiday and Weekends)

Qualification: 18-45 years old , Minimum SPM holders

Job description:

• Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's product.
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
• Proficient in computer typing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer literacy.
