Technical Assistant (Kota Damansara)

The Role This is NOT a traditional relationship-based sales role. You will act as the critical front-line physical interface for our company. Your main mission is to execute on-site data collection across the Klang Valley (and occasionally other states with travel allowance) and deliver solutions generated by our centralized system and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities (Strictly SOP-Driven)

• On-site Execution: Travel to client factories to conduct precise site measurements and take technical site photos, strictly following our internal Google Form checklists. No guesswork required.
• Customer Interface: Represent the company professionally on the ground. Use fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate smoothly with factory managers and procurement staff.
• System Integration: Input daily field data accurately into the company’s centralized Google Workspace. Deliver and present technical quotations (fully prepared by the HQ system) to clients.
• Logistics & Mobility: Handle urgent local sample drop-offs and site inspections. Willingness to travel to other states (Outstation) for site visits when required (not frequent).
• Basic Technical Assembly: Execute simple on-site assembly and installation of industrial equipment/furniture (e.g., workstations, shelving) according to provided technical manuals and SOPs.
• Logistics & Courier Management: Coordinate and manage the daily sending and receiving of courier parcels, samples, and documents. Ensure all tracking records are accurately updated in the company's internal system.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 0 to 2 years. Fresh graduates are highly welcomed. We prefer a blank canvas with a strong willingness to learn our digital systems.
• Process-Driven: You love clear instructions and checklists. You execute tasks precisely as instructed and do not like ambiguity.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), mapping tools, and willing to interact with AI tools for daily reporting.
• Mobility: Possess your own transport and a valid driving license.
• Languages: * English & Bahasa Malaysia: Must be fluent (Spoken & Written). Mandarin / Cantonese: Ability to understand/speak is a significant plus. (Required to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking corporate clients and suppliers) English: Proficient for internal system use and reporting.
