Job Description

Job location: Wisma UOA II (near KLCC)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations in the Admin department

• Perform admin duties such as filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.

• Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry

• Other ad hoc duties may be added from time to time

Requirement

• Possess at least SPM/Diploma, or equivalent.

• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint

• Ability to work with minimum supervision, and possess good working attitude
