Job Description

Office Administrative Support

  1. Maintaining an office system, including data management and filing
  2. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  3. Producing and binding of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  4. Prepare the meeting room for presentations
  5. Assisting in travel arrangements/creating detailed itineraries
  6. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office supplies
  7. Coordinate Chairman’s personal driver movement in accordance to confirmed schedule

Personal & Residence Management

  1. Collecting Chairman’s residence utilities bills, maintenance and payment arrangement
  2. Making personal care and residence related maintenance appointments
  3. Running errand for ad-hoc task as when required
  4. Meal and beverages arrangement
  5. Wardrobe and laundry arrangement
  6. Work closely with drivers for Chairman’s vehicles maintenance

Travelling and Event On-Site Support

  1. Assisting Chairman with luggage, airport check in and check out during travelling
  2. Assisting Chairman with ground transport arrangement
  3. Assisting Chairman with personal care, therapist, grooming etc.
  4. Wardrobe preparation and laundry arrangement
  5. Monitor supplementary and dietary schedule
  6. Arrange and prepare for meal and beverages
  7. Running errand for ad hoc task as when required
