IT Technician - Customer Service Support (Klang)

• Provide professional technical advice or support to customers and company sales team.
• Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers. Replacement productand product troubleshooting and other after-sales support. Troubleshoot and resolves end user problems.
• Fresh Grad/Diploma/Degree on IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Willing to learn and self-improvement.
• Willing to outstation work.
• Self-starter, responsible and good attitude.
• Working experience in Computer IT will be advantageous.
• Able to speak/write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• EPF/SOCSO/EIS/Performance Bonus provided.
• Annual Leave/ Medical Leave/ Medical Claims.
• 5 working days / Over Time Claim.
• Training and knowledge sharing provided.
• With Malaysia driving lisence Kelas-D
