  • Assist Partner in all secretarial and office administrative duties
  • To maintain strict confidentiality of assignments given
  • Interact professionally with all levels of staff
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes of meetings
  • Maintain and schedule proper appointments and meetings
  • Manage travel arrangement and reservation
  • To be in charge of petty cash ins-outs and some accounts related administrative works
  • To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
