Able to handle full set of account for retail outlet, construction, and online business
Responsible in daily AR / AP transaction
Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system on timely manner
Responsible for day to day accounting functions, including matching of invoices to supporting documents, entering invoices to systems, preparation of payments, bank reconciliation and schedules
Managing staff claims
Engage in month-end closing
To manage fixed assets and keep track of key details of company’s property
To coordinate the logistic arrangement for goods delivery
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a LCCI certificate, Diploma or Accounting/Finance Degree or equivalent
Required skill : Microsoft Word & Excel
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin
Fast learner with positive attitude
Candidate will act as a Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive for this job position
Able to work under pressure and work independently
1 year of working experience is preferable, however, fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
