Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend items that match customer needs
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / DIPLOMA in any related course
• With or without working experience
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork
• Self-starter with a high level of the initiative, strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Working day: 6 days / week

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,200.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
Available Vacancy: 10 position needed
Office Location: TSB Commercial Centre, Sungai Buloh
