CUSTOMER SERVICE (Live Chat) 在线客服

主要工作:
1- 具有自我激励能力, 能够通过在线聊天室识别客户的需求与解决他们的问题
2- 从公司系统中下载和打印出所有客户的货运单, 以便转交给包装工人进行包装
3- 擅长Microsoft Office Words / Excel

• Be friendly & answer to customers in efficient manner.
• Self motivated & able to solve non-technical questions/problems raised by customers via online chat room.
• Identify the questions/desires of the customer by good listening & asking clear questions.
• Gather customer contact, order details & all relevant information from system to insure a high level of service is delivered.
• Able to print out all ready to ship waybills from system based on a daily schedule to proceed for parcel packing.

• No experience is required (internal training will be provided), fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Good in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel)
• Can start work immediately (by shift)
