Job Description

ADMIN & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
*Managing the sourcing and negotiating price, technical and delivery schedules with suppliers.
*Sourcing new suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
*Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.

Requirements:
-Fresh graduates in Certificate or Diploma in Accounting / Business. Training will be provided.
-SPM/STPM leavers are welcomed to try.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet
Fast learner, responsible and able to work in a team.
Skills in communication and writing in English.
Willing to work after office hours (sometimes)
Must possess own transport (class D/DA)
