- Assisting the Director in administration and managing the office.
- Assisting in preparation of draft letters, memos, minutes and other documents as instructed by Director.
- Undertaking any other special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 3 year(s) working experience.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
