Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive 

Tenure: 1-year contract renewable 

Location: Kuala Lumpur 

Basic Offered: Up to RM 2,800

Job Responsibility

  • Perform inbound calls and provide first call resolution to every call-in customer. 
  • No sales required. 
  • Do other ad-hoc tasks whenever is required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field 
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in customer service/call center 
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin for business needs.
  • Fresh Degree holders with good SPM result is welcome to apply . 
  • Applicable only for Malaysian citizens.
