Position: Customer Service Executive
Tenure: 1-year contract renewable
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Basic Offered: Up to RM 2,800
- Perform inbound calls and provide first call resolution to every call-in customer.
- No sales required.
- Do other ad-hoc tasks whenever is required.
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in customer service/call center
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin for business needs.
- Fresh Degree holders with good SPM result is welcome to apply .
- Applicable only for Malaysian citizens.
