Salesperson (Kota Kinabalu)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pest Control Salesperson to join our growing team.
• As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Half Day)
• Sunday: Rest Day

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and control methods is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct through inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both residential and commercial clients.
• Educate clients on our pest control services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
