About the role

The Sustainability & Secretarial Executive will support the Group's sustainability agenda, reporting, data management, and related initiatives, while providing assistance in corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
  • Support sustainability data collection and management to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability for reporting and assurance purposes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate sustainability initiatives, data collection, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in monitoring sustainability performance indicators, targets, and progress against the Group's sustainability objectives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other materials relating to sustainability performance and initiatives.
  • Assist in carrying out the day-to-day company secretarial and corporate governance functions of the Group.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records, registers, resolutions, notices, minutes, and other corporate secretarial documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of Board and Board Committee meetings, including meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory filings within the prescribed timelines.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for sustainability, corporate governance, and other related duties as assigned from time to time.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Administration, CGI/ICSA, or any other related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, corporate governance, company secretarial, compliance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Canva or other data visualisation tools will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, with a strong interest in sustainability and corporate governance.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
