Sales Representative - OPPO Brand Store (Kota Kinabalu)

Number of openings :

• 5 Pax

Working Days & Hours :

• Working Hours: 10am – 10pm (shift basis)
• Work Days: Weekend included
• Work on a six (6) day work week, on a shift basis；daily working hours shall be eight and a half (8.5) hours, inclusive of a one (1) hour lunch break

Job Requirements :

• Must possess at least a SPM certificate and above
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Possess own transport.
• Passionate on phone technology, familiar with the current market trend.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Career progression opportunity will be considered for experienced candidates.

Job Scopes :

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs with the knowledge of the products sold in the store, including features, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing regular inventory checks.
