Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of engineering principles, industrial equipment, mechanical components, spare parts, and technical materials.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, chemical, or industrial environments will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and PO management.
- Familiarity with technical procurement and working with Engineering/Maintenance teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation, or process equipment.
- Experience sourcing industrial equipment, machinery, spare parts, valves, pumps, piping materials, fittings, electrical components, and other engineering-related items.
- Ability to identify suitable technical alternatives and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Understanding of international procurement and import requirements will be an advantage.
Job Scopes:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including PR, quotation sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and PO issuance.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, spare parts, engineering components, and services.
- Compare quotations based on price, quality, technical specifications, delivery lead time, and commercial terms.
- Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, datasheets, and material requirements.
- Liaise with Maintenance teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure items meet specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
- Monitor and follow up on POs to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on technical, quality, delivery, and commercial matters.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery documents with the Finance Department.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and conduct market and price analysis.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Company policies, procedures, approval requirements, and applicable regulations.
