Civil Engineer (Sandakan Sabah)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8am to 4:30pm / From 8am to 12pm (Saturday)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday / Saturday (Half Day)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:  Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the civil and structural construction field.
• Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings and basic project management, e.g，AUTOCADs.
• Requirements: Possess a valid Class D driving license and own transport, Board of engineers Licensed Supervisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee and monitor daily site activities for civil and structural works.Assess environmental impacts THAT impact the project Delivery DATES
• Quality Assurance: Participate costs of Project discussions as whole and make Amendments on Plans/ projects - Housing, Shoplot(s) , Apartments and STATIONS.Accounting for health & safety and the building REGULATIONS as whole.
• Coordination: Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments to resolve technical issues on-site.Collaboration and communication with other engineers ，Consultants and clients
• Documentation: Perform technical and feasibility studies using Reports，surveys，Maps and plans incld. related data, creating plans and blueprints AUTOCADs.
