About the role:

• Handle on-site vehicle wiring installations and electrical/hardware troubleshooting.
• Highly mobile field role with frequent interstate travel.
• Serve diverse corporate clients, commercial fleet operators, and automotive workshops across different regions, requiring effective communication to maintain professional relationships.
• Must possess own reliable car and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Wiring & Installation: Execute vehicle wiring installation tasks and electrical accessory setups safely, efficiently, and according to automotive technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency troubleshooting on vehicle electrical systems (12V/24V DC) to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• On-Site Support: Provide hands-on technical support at client locations, fleets, or workshops, collaborating closely with project teams.
• Client Communication: Explain technical issues, installation progress, and solutions clearly and professionally to clients and team members.
• Mobility & Travel: Adapt to a flexible, highly mobile work environment, including frequent interstate travel to various project and client sites.
• Documentation & Admin: Utilize basic computer operations and MS Office (Excel/Word) to prepare and maintain accurate daily logs, technical service reports, and records.

Candidate requirements:

• Automotive technical Background: 1-2 years of experience in the automotive technical field or as a vehicle technician.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in vehicle wiring installation and 12V/24V DC systems.
• Languages: English and Malay required; Mandarin speaker preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license and own reliable car for frequent interstate travel.
• Soft Skills: Highly independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• flexibility to work beyond standard hours.
