At least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma at any equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant working experience and possess sound leadership
Team Works initiatives, Good Time Management & Planning is essential to have
Outgoing and sociable with authority officers
Able to travel around Malaysia to deal with local authority at different state
Preferably from Solar Photovoltaics Industry
Working experiences with SESB, ECoS, MMKN & CIDB will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit licensing and permit applications to relevant authorities
Be the liaison to deal and obtain approval with all the local authorities (SESB, CIDB, ECoS, MMKN and etc)
Prepare, compile, and verify documents required for project submissions.
Track the status of licensing applications and follow up with authorities until approval is obtained
Maintain the good relationship with local authorities
Provides regulatory guidance and support to engineers in developing technical requirements for the Northern ensuring compliance with Authority regulatory frameworks
Takes ownership of portions of regulatory activities (certifications, permits, approvals, and licenses associated with the Northern) ensuring milestones are met
Work closely with Business Development and Project team to obtain all the approval from local authorities
Arrange appointments, site visits, and meetings with authorities when required
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management
