Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday (From 09:00 am to 05:30 pm)
Saturday (From 09:00 am to 12:30 pm)
Job Requirements:
3 years of professional experience as an ID in an Interior Design Firm;
Higher level of proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, etc.;
Diploma / Degree in Interior Design;
To provide- Portfolio Development: Showcase concept boards, technical drawings, and completed projects. (Necessary)
Job Scopes:
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT :
Meet with clients to understand needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
Present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for approval.
Adjust plans based on client feedback.
CONCEPT & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT :
Create layouts, space plans, and design concepts.
Develop detailed drawings, CAD models, and 3D renderings.
Select color schemes, lighting, furniture, and finishes.
MATERIAL & PRODUCT SELECTION :
Source and specify furnishings, fabrics, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Ensure selections meet durability, sustainability, and cost requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
COMPLIANCE & SAFETY :
Ensure designs adhere to building codes, fire safety, and accessibility standards.
Integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) requirements into plans.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT :
Oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Manage procurement and installation of materials and furnishings.
FINAL STYLING & HANDOVER :
Supervise installation and finishing touches.
Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
COLLABORATION :
Work closely with engineer, constructions and manufacturing teams to ensure drawings meet functional requirements and manufactural/buildable standards’
COMPLIANCE :
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations and industry-specific standards (e.g: ISO, ASME, Local codes).
