Online Sales (Sunway Velocity KL)

About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking Online Sales Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for identifying global sales opportunities through online platforms, understanding client needs, and delivering effective solutions that drive revenue growth for the company’s products and services.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers from all over the world through online channels
• 主动通过线上渠道识别并联系来自世界各地的潜在客户
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• 管理并维护客户关系，以促进客户复购和推荐
• Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them find the best solutions for their needs
• 为客户提供专业的产品知识和指导，帮助他们找到最符合自身需求的解决方案
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• 与跨部门团队协作，确保流畅的客户体验
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• 达成并超越个人及团队销售目标

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• 精通中文（口语与书写）
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Preferably with sales experience
• 有销售经验者优先
• Strong learning ability to quickly acquire sales skills.
• 较强的学习能力，能快速掌握销售技巧
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment
• 具有抗压能力，能够在快节奏的团队中工作
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide good sales service.
• 良好的沟通能力与销售服务态度

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus alternate Saturdays (twice a month)

Off Days: 6 days off per month (including Sundays and alternate Saturdays)
