Internship - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day recruitment operations within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist in the student hiring process for Bermaz Auto.
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups for selected candidates.
  • Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.
  • Participate in career fairs and other educational or recruitment-related events (as needed).
  • Gain exposure to interview procedures and candidate assessments.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Learn and support the orientation process for new employees.
  • Help with the registration of new employees in the HR Information System (HRIS).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Minimum internship period of 6 months
