Internship - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day recruitment operations within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist in the student hiring process for Bermaz Auto.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups for selected candidates.
- Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.
- Participate in career fairs and other educational or recruitment-related events (as needed).
- Gain exposure to interview procedures and candidate assessments.
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Learn and support the orientation process for new employees.
- Help with the registration of new employees in the HR Information System (HRIS).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Attention to detail.
- Minimum internship period of 6 months
