Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of educational activities for gifted students.
- Support the lead teacher in creating a stimulating learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Help assess student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for curriculum development.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and needs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Special Education, Needs, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with gifted children and understanding their unique needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
