Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM2300 to RM2500

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
• 5-day work week with alternate Saturday

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize and supervise daily production activities and team schedule
2. Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain all production and IPQC documentation
3. Update production data accurately in the ERP/SQL system
4. Perform in-process quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
5. Oversee machine setup, basic maintenance and repair coordination
6. Maintain a clean, safe and efficient production floor (5S)
7. Collaborate effectively with QA, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
2. At least 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role (GMP environment preferred)
3. Practical knowledge of ERP/SQL system and GMP documentation
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
5. Fluency in English for professional communication
6. Willing to work overtime
7. Male, minimum 25 years old
