Job Description
- Manage inventory movement, including stock monitoring, stock allocation, and stock transfers.
- Support daily e-commerce sales operations and monitor unpicked or missed orders through the POS system.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and operational processes.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and smooth coordination between stores and the e-commerce team
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
- Possess own transportation.
- Good command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and support extended working hours during peak and festive seasons
- Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or retail operations will be an added advantage.
