Job Type: Full Time-Contract (1 Year Renewable Depends on Client's Demand and Evaluation)

Salary Range: RM4,000-RM6,000

Responsibilities:

• Set up, launch, and manage 100+ ad variations per week across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and Emails)
• Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and placements, making data-driven adjustments to maximize performance
• Actively track ad performance throughout the day, turning ads on/off based on data signals and performance thresholds
• Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and continuously adjust campaigns to scale winning ads while eliminating underperforming ones
• Optimize daily and weekly ad spend allocation to balance cost efficiency with revenue growth
• Work closely with the content and design team to create data-backed, high-performing ad creatives and messaging
• Utilise AI to brainstorm hooks and creatives with the creative team
• Handle email/EDM segmentation, remarketing, and automation setup

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must (Mandarin also required)
• Eager to learn and thrive in a high-pace, growth-driven environment
