WE'RE HIRING! — Customer Service (Contract)

Location: Warehouse JLT, No.2 Block B, Jln. Bumbung U8/90, Seksyen U8, Kaw Perindustrian Bukit, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Type: Full Time-Contract (1 Year Renewable based on client's demand and evaluation)

Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,200

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Process orders, shipments, and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Open to all genders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
