Job Responsibilities

• Lead the technical management of façade and curtain wall projects in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• Review curtain wall shop drawings and provide recommendations for problem-solving and design optimization.
• Prepare façade design plans, construction methodologies, design changes, and provide technical briefings throughout the project execution stage.
• Participate in technical meetings related to curtain wall works with clients, architects, and main contractors.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical Design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience as a Curtain Wall Engineer, with strong knowledge of various curtain wall systems, including unitized façade systems.
• Proficient in Rhino or other 3D modeling software. Experience leading complex or irregular-shaped façade projects is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay will be an added advantage.
• Must have participated throughout the full project lifecycle of at least two large-scale public building curtain wall projects with a contract value exceeding RM10 million.
• Familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations, with excellent communication, site coordination, and teamwork skills.
