Junior Chef (Vegetarian Cuisine)
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800 per month

Job Summary
You will assist in preparing and cooking vegetarian dishes (primarily Nasi Lemak and Wanton Noodles) while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Chinese vegetarian dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory control.
- Practice proper food handling and FIFO stock rotation.
- Support the kitchen team during daily operations and peak periods.
- Learn and develop skills across different kitchen stations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (can operate wokhey station)
- Experience in vegetarian cuisine is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
