JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, market intelligence, customer engagement, and commercial marketing activities for the XPENG brand under Bermaz Auto Group.

This role requires a hands-on and versatile marketing professional who can manage both strategic planning and day-to-day execution across brand communication, campaign management, digital marketing, market analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with the Head of Operations, the role supports business growth, strengthens brand presence, and ensures alignment with XPENG global standards and direction.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

-Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
-Ensure brand positioning and communication are consistent with XPENG global identity.
-Drive brand awareness and market visibility initiatives.

2. Market Intelligence & Research

-Conduct market research on EV industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
-Analyze market performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
-Identify opportunities for customer acquisition and market growth.

3.Campaign Management & Execution

-Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, roadshows, events, and promotions.
-Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.
-Monitor campaign performance and ROI.

4.Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

-Manage social media, website, CRM, and digital advertising activities.
-Drive lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
-Monitor customer sentiment and support customer communication efforts.

5.Stakeholder Management

-Liaise with XPENG principal teams in China on marketing direction, approvals, and brand alignment.
-Prepare and submit marketing reports, proposals, and updates.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.

6.Operational Marketing Support

-Support showroom activities, test drive events, product launches, and customer experience programs.
-Ensure marketing readiness for new product introductions and promotional activities.

7.Budget & Performance Management

-Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
-Track performance metrics and prepare management reports.
-Recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Work Experience

-Minimum 5–7 years of marketing, brand management, or commercial operations experience.
-Experience in automotive, EV, premium consumer, technology-driven, startup, distributor, or principal-driven environments is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

-Strong strategic and operational marketing capabilities.
-Hands-on campaign execution and project management skills.
-Strong analytical, market research, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM, lead generation, and analytics tools.
-Understanding of EV industry trends and automotive retail operations.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting, and presentation tools.
