Design Engineer (Kajang)

A leading engineering company in Kajang is currently looking for motivated individuals to under-take the following tasks:

• to develop engineering drawings, layouts, and technical designs using CAD software.
• to review project specifications and ensure design compliance with standards and requirements.
• to coordinate with project, production and site teams to support project execution.
• to perform design calculations and prepare necessary technical documents.
• to modify and improve existing designs based on project needs and feedback.
• To assist in troubleshooting design-related issues during fabrication and installation
• to work closely with engineers, designers and other multidisciplinary team members to support project delivery and achieve project objectives.

 Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in engineering production, QA/QC, or a related field.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) for piping and pressure equipment, ASTM piping codes, and the designation of mechanical equipment will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
