- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working independently while performing effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, and Word, with strong computer literacy skills.
