Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cash flow summaries.
  • Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and claims.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, accountants, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Follow up on tasks, projects, and business matters assigned by the Director.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, UBS, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence.

Working Day: Monday - Saturday (half-day)
