Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cash flow summaries.
- Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and claims.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, accountants, suppliers, and business partners.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and business matters assigned by the Director.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, UBS, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and valid driving licence.
Working Day: Monday - Saturday (half-day)
