Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations and sent to the customers on time based on customers’ request.
Negotiate and close sales deal to achieve the targets.
Collaborate with internal team to plan and coordinate shipments based on customers’ requirements.
Ensure timely updates to the customers on the order status.
Build strong relationships, rapport and trust for continuous business opportunities with existing and potential clients via calls, emails and site visitation.
Make cold calls to potential customers and visit customer if necessary.
Build customers’ profiles and contact databases.
Amend and present the supply chain presentation deck.
Accompany the customer during the on-site visit and lead the tour for introductions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain /Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar industry. Fresh graduates would be considered.
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
A fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated person.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailed, organized, and good time management.
Strong negotiation skills.
This position needs to handle Mandarin speaking clients from China.
