Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations and sent to the customers on time based on customers’ request.
  • Negotiate and close sales deal to achieve the targets.
  • Collaborate with internal team to plan and coordinate shipments based on customers’ requirements.
  • Ensure timely updates to the customers on the order status.
  • Build strong relationships, rapport and trust for continuous business opportunities with existing and potential clients via calls, emails and site visitation.
  • Make cold calls to potential customers and visit customer if necessary.
  • Build customers’ profiles and contact databases. 
  • Amend and present the supply chain presentation deck. 
  • Accompany the customer during the on-site visit and lead the tour for introductions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain /Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or similar industry. Fresh graduates would be considered.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • A fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, and self-motivated person.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed, organized, and good time management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • This position needs to handle Mandarin speaking clients from China.
