Job Title: Sales Associate (Smart Home Showroom)

Location: Da:Men Mall, USJ 1, Subang Jaya, Selangor

Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 + 1% Monthly Sales Commission

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent (Direct under client payroll)

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as an excellent brand ambassador at the showroom and trade shows.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide tailored product solutions.
• Recommend and support business initiatives to drive sales growth across online-to-offline channels.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks to support business expansion.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM holder.
• Age: Below 30 years old.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in a related industry is an advantage, but fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently without close supervision.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Working Days: 5 days a week (Must work Saturday & Sunday; 2 days off during weekdays).
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
• Incentives: 1% Commission on total monthly sales.
