Job Description
Qualification:
- At least a high school diploma
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage
Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Experience in the F&B or retail industry is preferred
- Experience in handling halal matters for a restaurant is an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of Malaysian Labour Laws, such as the Employment Act 1955 and the Sarawak Labour Ordinance
- Strong organisational skills to manage files, schedules, and deadlines independently
- Trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care
- Clear communication in both written and spoken form when explaining policies, writing letters, or responding to staff inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Remuneration:
- Monthly Basic Salary: up to RM 4,500
- Statutory contributions included (EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
- Annual Leave and Medical Leave as stipulated in the Sarawak Labour Ordinance
Performance Incentive:
- 1-6 months basic salary, based on individual and company performance (at the Company's discretion)
