Job Title: Customer Support & Operation Executive

Salary Range: RM4100 - RM7500 ((Determined by interview performance and experience level).

Client Nature of Business: Global luxury travel platform based in Hong Kong & Singapore providing intriguing & in-depth tour services to travellers in Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide professional and timely assistance to travelers via email, WhatsApp, and live chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Inbound Sales Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound travel inquiries, provide personalized tour recommendations, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Booking Management: Manage end-to-end booking processes, including itinerary adjustments, payments, and confirmation logistics.
  • High-Touch Communication: Deliver personalized service that aligns with the premium nature of the brand & leverage of AI tool
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM and operations teams to ensure seamless handovers and accurate client records in HubSpot or equivalent CRM platform.
  • Feedback Loops: Actively listen to customer feedback and provide insights to the product team to help refine tour offerings.
  • Operational Readiness: Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all documentation and internal reporting.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience: 2–8 years in customer support role, preferably within the travel, luxury, or hospitality sectors.

  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work night shifts and weekends to support our round the clock customer enquiries
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a warm, service-oriented personality.
  • Tech Adatability: Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred) and modern messaging platforms.
  • Drive: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pace, growth-driven environment.

Shift Schedule:
Sunday 9am to 6pm
Mon 2pm to 10pm
Tue 2pm to 10pm
Wed 2pm to 10pm
Thu 2pm to 10pm
Fri Off day
Sat Rest day

Minimum Education: Minimum SPM

Language Requirement: English, Cantonese

Job Type: Full Time - 12 Months renewable contract (depends on client's demand)
