Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help customers to locate suitable household and hardware products
  • Maintain product displays and the cleanliness of the selling area
  • Support the cashier counter and daily retail operations
  • Provide good customer service and sales support

Job Requirements:

  • Female candidates are preferred due to front retail operation requirements
  • Candidates aged 20–28 are preferred; however, suitable candidates with relevant retail/customer service experience are welcome to apply
  • Single candidates are preferred
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Friendly, cheerful and customer-oriented personality
  • Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn
  • Able to communicate with customers confidently
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Candidates willing to relocate to Langkawi are highly encouraged to apply
  • Retail/cashier/customer service experience is an added advantage
