Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and service assigned sales routes/areas to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Drive sales growth by increasing sales to existing customers and securing new customers.
  • Strengthen customer retention and encourage repeat business through excellent customer relationship management.
  • Promote and launch new products while increasing SKU penetration per outlet.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Expand sales coverage into new markets, territories, and channels.
  • Execute local and HQ sales and marketing plans to achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Generate new leads and expand customer base across MT, GT-Direct, Van Sales, and HORECA channels.
  • Focus on promoting high-value products, particularly QL Branded Eggs.
  • Inform customers on product range, pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders while monitoring and managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to minimize credit risk exposure.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and provide regular market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights to Sales Manager.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, efficient customer service, and timely issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or similar role, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with good teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
