Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

Employer: Synergy Staffing Sdn Bhd (1046550-A)

Client's/Work Location: Lot No 1 & 3, Persiaran Pasak Bumi, Bukit Jelutong Industrial Park, Seksyen U8, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia

Salary: RM 1,700.00 – RM 2,200.00

Job Overview:

Responsible for processing delivery orders, liaising with customers, and maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify, check, and validate all warehouse document transactions.
  • Process inbound and outbound transactions within the system.
  • Prepare daily order files and documentation for deliveries.
  • Liaise with customers to assist in resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and prepare cycle count sheets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum SPM certification.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Language: Ability to communicate in English.
  • Experience: Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
