Position: Associate Executive, Customer Service / Operations

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor (Kawasan Perindustrian SiLC)

Salary: RM 2,400 – RM 2,600

Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract (Performance-based conversion to Permanent)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Executive to support daily customer service and logistics operations. You will act as a vital link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth transport and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trucking & Logistics Management: Coordinate between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor delivery schedules, optimize routing, and provide real-time tracking updates to customers.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding shipments, delays, and service issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for swift resolutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transport documents, invoices, delivery notes, and customer interactions.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing daily and weekly service level reports and monitor customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Age: Between 23 to 30 years old.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates; experience in logistics or transport customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Languages: Required proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent negotiation abilities.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Benefits: Overtime pay provided.
  • Environment: Casual attire allowed.
  • Availability: Candidates must be able to start immediately.
