Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm(Mon-Fri) / From 8am to 12pm (Sat)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday, (Saturday-Half day)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and accurate
  • Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Job Scopes:

  • Record and issue invoices
  • Record and process payments
  • Perform reconciliation of statements
  • Handle general administrative duties
