Job Descriptions:
- Handling administrative tasks and order processing for China/Hong Kong customers
- Customer communication as a key contact window between customers order and internal operations delivery planning
- Coordination and liaise with other departments such as logistics/finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
- Organizational skills and able to manage multiple taks efficiently (multi -task)
- Tech proficiency in excel/word/CRM software.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/STPM/ and have any financial discipline such s Finance/Accounting or Business
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Or, 2 - 3 years work experience
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin languageĀ to understandĀ the document declaration form
