Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support daily logistics and land transport operations. You will be the primary link between our warehouse teams, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery performance and high service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transport operations. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software. Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Location: WFO at Plot 80A, 6, Lintang Bayan Lepas 5, Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone Phase 4.
- Allowances: RM 80 Phone Allowance.
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, and Medical Leave.
- Additional Pay: Overtime pay included.
