The Community Lead & Programs Manager plays a key role in cultivating a vibrant and collaborative coworking community.
This role is responsible for designing meaningful programs, fostering strong member relationships, and activating partnerships that enrich the coworking ecosystem.
Based in Kuching and willing to travel. Possess a valid driving license and be comfortable travelling for regional engagements.
The ideal candidate is a natural connector, program builder, and community champion who is passionate about entrepreneurship, collaboration, and creating memorable member experiences.

Working Hours: From 9 am to 6 pm
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends if needed)
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in community management, events, startup ecosystem engagement, hospitality, or coworking operations.
Familiarity with the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem, including understanding the needs of founders, freelancers, SMEs, and innovation communities.
Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, accelerators, innovation programs, or business communities is highly desirable.
Proven experience organising events, workshops, or professional networking programs.
