General Manager (Kuching Sarawak)

Role Overview

• The Community Lead & Programs Manager plays a key role in cultivating a vibrant and collaborative coworking community.
• This role is responsible for designing meaningful programs, fostering strong member relationships, and activating partnerships that enrich the coworking ecosystem.
• Based in Kuching and willing to travel. Possess a valid driving license and be comfortable travelling for regional engagements.
• The ideal candidate is a natural connector, program builder, and community champion who is passionate about entrepreneurship, collaboration, and creating memorable member experiences.

Location: iCube Innovation @ ICOM Square

Working Hours: 

• Working Hours: From 9 am to 6 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends if needed)

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in community management, events, startup ecosystem engagement, hospitality, or coworking operations.
• Familiarity with the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem, including understanding the needs of founders, freelancers, SMEs, and innovation communities.
• Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, accelerators, innovation programs, or business communities is highly desirable.
• Proven experience organising events, workshops, or professional networking programs.
