JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Bermaz team. In this role, New hiring Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their preferences and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and address customer inquiries.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing terms to close deals.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
