JOB SUMMARY
To assist L&D in overall operational and administrative tasks including compiling of learner's progress, learning hours, evaluation, and assessment, designing of communication materials, transferring of data to become readable information, and other daily L&D tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training and Program Support: Coordinate training sessions, administer LMS, and provide administrative support.
- Content Development: Design and develop engaging learning materials, create digital content, and edit and update existing contents.
- Research and Special Projects: Staying up-to-date on new learning methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Gather and analyse data, and track key metrics.
- Admin & Documentation: Ensure all training records are updated on a timely basis, and record are complete, both physical and digital copies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse situations, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.
