Job Description

  • To assist in managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
  • To assist the Company Secretary to prepare directors’ and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions, incorporation of companies, lodgement of returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining and updating statutory registers
  • Assist with day-to-day filing and other administrative tasks including billings

Requirement:

  • Fresh graduate or CGI (ICSA) qualifications would be added advantage
  • Familiar with Companies Act 2016 would be added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess positive willingness to learn, good attitude with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skill(s): Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Words
