Job Title: Test Engineer (Senior Executive)

Agensi Pekerjaan Synergy Staffing is looking for a seasoned Test Engineer to join a leading global semiconductor company. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, offering the opportunity to work on high-volume production and complex test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize wafer, final, and utilities test programs to ensure robust coverage and efficiency.
Issue Debugging: Analyze device behavior and test data to debug hardware and software issues.
Quality Support: Support Customer Quality Complaint (CQC) activities and provide engineering input for material disposition (MRB).
Process Improvement: Drive yield improvements and execute cost-reduction activities like process simplification and insertion elimination.
Reliability Testing: Develop test programs for reliability stress readout and RAP tests.

Job Requirements

Education: Degree or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automotive Control, or Information Engineering.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in hardware design, test program development, and analog testing.
Tester Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Advantest Smartest 7 and Teradyne J750 testers is a significant advantage with specific 93K tester experience such as 93k Coding Skill, 93k Debug Skill and 93k Test Development Skill
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Candidates with work experience at Ascend Microsystem, JF Testsense, TI KL, Infineon Melaka, ST Muar, or the Intel PG RF will be prioritized.

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary Range: RM 8,000 – RM 12,000 per month.
