Job Title:  IT Onsite Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support day to day IT support matters, handling Request/Incident tickets from ServiceNow platform, Support Global IT team in local IT operation (Hand & Feet support)

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (excl. internship)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems/platforms
• Knowledge of network & infrastructure support
• Solid communication & documentation skills
• Able to work independently & prioritize tasks effectively

 Preferred Technical Skill

1. Support Windows, IOS
2. Support basic network troubleshooting.
3. Support basic Video/Audio System and Video Conferencing solution (Logitech TEAMS ROOM and WEBEX).
4. Support basic mobile Application installation and troubleshooting tools supporting company such as MS Authenticator, MS Outlook, OneDrive, MS TEAMS, SharePoint, SAP Concur, etc.
5. Support basic office printer troubleshooting and simple part replacement such as ink cartridge or any removeable components such as jammed paper, waste tank, etc…
6. Support physical installation of Network switches, Router, Wireless Access Point, etc as part of the hardware refresh cycle.
7. Support basic troubleshooting of Alcatel phone system and Cisco IP Phone system.
8. Good to have technical certification in networks and hardware support

 Administrative Task expected from this role:

1. Maintain proper inventory checklist matching with CMDB.
2. Monitor the Support Queue in ServiceNow to ensure tickets are dealt with promptly.
3. Direct complex tickets to appropriate support group and maintain ownership until issue resolve.
4. Maintain 5S in Workplace.

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM5000
